Our Story
For over a decade, our work began as a grassroots, community-led initiative brought together by local families, elders, and leaders dedicated to uplifting Lao culture in Brown County. Built on more than ten years of grassroots trust, shared traditions, and volunteer action, we officially registered as a non-profit in 2024 to expand our reach and safeguard our community's future.
Today, the Lao Cultural Preservation Community combines over a decade of grassroots strength with formal non-profit structure, delivering intergenerational support, cultural programming, youth achievement, and advocacy to empower the Lao community for generations to come.
